The family-run group are buying chairs which convert into fold-out beds for Launceston’s intensive care unit.
About 180 people attended the event at the Grand Chancellor on Friday, August 18.
The other half of the cash will go towards Rotaract projects such as the Eddie Rice Camps and a Philippines scholarship.
