The Dairy Australia competition takes place over six weeks and teaches secondary school students about the variety of potential jobs in the dairy industry.
The cheese-making team makes its very own camembert, while it is the media team’s job to promote and market the product.
Scottsdale High School students Ruby Slater and Grace Chatwin made a video for the competition that showcases why they think Scottsdale High’s dairy creation is at the top of the tree.
Meanwhile, Brodie Hall, Maggie Aitken, Tegan Hill, Crystelle Dawkins and Chloe Jones have been busy making their very own cheese.
