Robert Ian Soward, 48, appeared in the Launceston Magistrates Court on Tuesday after being charged with using a carriage service to harass another person.
He is accused of making online inquiries to medical and health services and using a woman’s work email address as the return contact.
A hearing is expected on November 17.
