Stevens died in January, leaving behind a legacy of more than 35 combined years of service at both clubs.
“He was well-respected throughout the playing group, all his efforts didn’t go unnoticed,” Bridgenorth coach Patrick Mackrell said.
The teams will play for a new shield named in honour of Stevens.
A trainer at George Town for 20 years, from 1981 to 2001, Stevens was also named a life member, and served on the club committee for 10 years.
At Bridgenorth, Stevens contributed countless hours as a trainer over his 15 years with the club.
In social media tributes shared in January, Stevens was described as “a true gentleman of our game”.
His family will be in attendance at the match to present medals for best player on ground after the match.
