Together with the Bracknell Football Club, the clubs wore blue socks as a sign of unity and support of BeyondBlue.
After the games, Deloraine hosted a range of guest speakers over a two-course meal and about 110 people attended.
Club president Shaun Donohue said it was a good day.
“Two clubs getting together to raise money and awareness for depression and anxiety was great,” he said.
The club had held similar events in the past with guest AFL speakers organised by BeyondBlue.
The guest speakers this year were Nicole Graham and past player Rulla Kelly-Mansell.
Mr Donohue said BeyondBlue were “over the moon” with the donation.
The club will host a ladies day event on July 29 to raise funds for the McGrath Foundation, the teams will wear pink socks.
The club hosts Bridgnorth Football Club.
