The clash of the round will undoubtedly be South Burnie versus West Devonport at home.

These two are fighting it out for top spot and a win in either direction will provided a much-needed boost.

West has proven they are a strong team when they link and work as one, while South’s ability to penetrate even the strongest defensive lines will give them an advantage.

Marians will need to find their footing early to keep the Suns from overpowering them with their efficient passing game and strong forward line.

However, South will be missing key players which could give West the edge.

It will also be a close game for travelling Launceston City this week as they take on the Smithton Saints, but the Saints will make the most of a full squad and home ground and will be tough to beat.

It was an even match-up last time these teams met with City victorious.

The Saints will be out to settle the score, and will not take the young legs and experience of City lightly.

Queechy Penguins travel to Devonport to take on the home team.

With a rest weekend under their belt, the fresh Launceston side will be ready to take on the young Devonport squad.

Devonport is determined to get a win on the board this week, with players in good form and new team tactics on the cards.

In-form City Marians heads to Launceston to take on the the Suns.

Both teams are worthy of the top-four spots on the ladder, so it will be a close game with either team a chance at the win.

Marians need to find their footing early to keep the Suns from overpowering them with their efficient passing game and strong forward line.

Tamar Churinga has the bye.
