An Exeter man who stalked a woman has been given 70 hours community service.

Robert Donald Blackberry, 24, pleaded guilty in the Launceston Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
Court documents state Blackberry sent a “large quantity of text messages” to the complainant, made phone calls to her and “kept her under surveillance” between March 27 and April 2 last year.
He was convicted and ordered to pay court costs.
