Toby Ritter was instrumental in getting the Westbury Show named as one of the best small town shows in the state, new president Kevin Lattin said.
“Over his period in charge Toby has overseen the renovation of our industrial hall, dog pavilion and the construction of a large storage shed and Community Services shed where other community groups can access secure storage,” he said.
“As well as president, he has been caretaker – a position he continues in, and along with wife Helen ensures the grounds are suitable for use.”
Mr Lattin said Mr Ritter’s leadership created a strong and supportive community.
