The proposal before the council would see the construction of an additional accommodation building, comprising six prefabricated pods with a single carport spanning the space between each pod.
Each pod will provide four additional beds, with potential capacity to accommodate an additional 24 visitors.
The application also includes the construction of a site office.
The site provides accommodation for seasonal agricultural workers during the summer period, while the facility is intended to be made available to tourist and short term stay visitors during the off season.
The application proposes the use of buses to facilitate the transport of workers during the harvest season.
