The gold house won 131 points to Logan’s 117 points.
All pupils, from kindergaten to grade 6, participated in the annual carnival.
The school’s health and physical education teacher Justin Neal said the day was cold but importantly not wet.
“It was fantastic to see all the family and friends come along and support students, especially how excited the spectators became when it was the kinder race,” Mr Neal said.
Each grade level participated in an age-appropriate distance. The kinder race was 400 metres long and the grade 6 race was 2200m.
Mr Neal said the carnival had an emphasis on fun and participation.
