Temporary floodgate to close Union Street
The Northern Midlands Council has advised that part of Union Street at Longford will be closed for some time on Tuesday.

On June 6 the council will close from the floodgate to the boat ramp of Union Street for four hours.
The road will be closed due to the erection of temporary flood protection, if the weather permits.
The road will be closed from 8am until noon.
