Blake Grant, Dakota Bannister, Callum Harrison, Brendan Riley and Kailem Baker are all featuring in the contest at 2.55pm.
Two teams will be coached by former AFL players Peter Yagmoor (Collingwood) and Matthew Campbell (North Melbourne).
The concept, which began in 2010, has seen eligible players aged between 18-24 spend a week in Melbourne ahead of the clash.
Rep team
The Northern Tasmanian Junior Football Association has named its under-16 boys representative team for an upcoming game against its Southern league counterpart on Saturday, June 11, in Hobart.
The team features nine players from North Launceston, six from Longford, five from Launceston and three from Tamar Valley.
The team’s next training will be on Monday at Windsor Park.
