Education Minister Jeremy Rockliff has announced nominations are open for the 2017 Department of Education Awards for Excellence.
Mr Rockliff said he encouraged all Tasmanians to “recognise those who provide essential education services” and submit a nomination.
There are fourteen categories open for nominations until Tuesday, June 13.
Finalists will be invited to a state-wide awards ceremony in October.
The Awards are sponsored by Tasplan, Teachers Health, Telstra and Wrest Point.
“Recognising excellence is important, not only in rewarding people for their outstanding work, but also because it provides an opportunity to share information and inspirational insights,” Mr Rockliff said.
