Attendees will get the chance to meet personalities featured on the popular Facebook page and at the same time support Zoe Page, the first Tasmanian representative to undertake the 10 day Larapinta Trail Outback Trek next June.
Funds raised from the trek will then go directly to the Tasmanian branch of the Royal Flying Doctors Service.
Mr Page hopes the fundraiser will draw a diverse crowd while donating to a worthy cause.
‘There are some raffles with great prizes. We've got a silent auction and we have some fantastic lucky door prizes that have also been donated,’ he said.
The event will start at 7.30pm and run until 11pm, with Mr Page taking time out from behind the lens to perform some songs with his band, the Adam Page Rock ‘n’ Roll Show.
“It's going to be a mishmash of wonderful stories and rock and roll,” he said.
Since beginning Humans of Launceston in August last year, Mr Page has interviewed more than 70 locals and amassed over 17,000 Facebook followers.
The event will offer the opportunity for attendees to personally meet a number of these faces and enjoy what he describes as a truly unique event.
“Everyone can have a boogie, a tea and coffee. It's a very relaxed atmosphere,” Mr Page said.
Held at the Australian Italian Club, entry is $10 and all are welcome.
