Many hours have been spent constructing many Lego creations, including a five-metre-long replica of the Batman Bridge.
Organiser Ken Draegar said the bridge took him about two months to build.
“The Batman Bridge didn’t come in a box with instructions ready to go … I had to buy the pieces direct from Europe,” he said.
More than 4000 people of all ages are expected to visit the exhibition over the weekend.
To lead up to the event, the organisers ran a schools competition. The winner will be announced on Sunday.
“We put a call out to every school in Tasmania and we actually had 35 schools participate and 1500 children, so it’s getting pretty big,” Mr Draegar said.
Brixhibition is being held at the Grand Chancellor from 10am until 4pm all weekend. Entry for adults is $5, children $3 or $15 for a family.
