He has several good drives on the 11-race card headed by smart three-year-old Rocknroll Turbo in the Derrico Cycles Pace and Chirac in the SeaFm Pace.
Hillier drove his 500th winner last Sunday night when he got home on $16 outsider Animi Sub Ignis in a blanket finish.
His first winner came at the same track in November 1989 when he scored on Buck Rabbit, trained by his father Brian.
He has been training full-time since 2009 and took out the state trainers’ premiership with 43 wins in 2014-15.
Sunday night’s meeting features the heats of the Granny Smith and Raider Stakes and the Latrobe Cup, each worth $10,000.
The $40,000 Granny Smith and Raider finals will be run at the same track on Friday, May 5, having been brought forward two days.
