Convicted killer and wanted fugitive Graham Gene Potter has reportedly been spotted, seven years after he disappeared while on bail for conspiracy to murder charges.

The former Pipers River man was extradited from Tasmania to Victoria in 2008 and faced a string of charges, including plotting to kill two associates of Melbourne underworld identity Mick Gatto.
The Australian Federal Police announced a $100,000 reward for his apprehension in 2011, a year after he disappeared while on bail.
He was previously convicted of the murder of Kim Barry, a Wollongong shop assistant whose head and fingers he cut off in 1980.
Now known as the “head and fingers killer” he is Australia’s most wanted man.
A possible sighting of the 59-year-old in the Riverina area in regional New South Wales was reported this week.
He is described as caucasian, 175cm tall, medium to solid build, brown eyes, fair complexion with brown greying hair and a ginger beard.
He has a gold sleeper earring in both ears, wears glasses and regularly wears a gold chain around his neck.
Potter has also been known to change his appearance and has used a number of aliases including Josh Lawson, John Page, Jim Henderson and Peter Adams.
Anyone who encounters Potter has been advised by police not to approach him and to call triple-zero immediately.
