Veteran Mark Charlton’s life changed after he found Bess, his seven-month-old service dog.

The black labrador helps him practically and emotionally, after he struggled to adjust to civilian life after being medically discharged from the defence force.

The Trevallyn man lives with a back condition which limits his mobility.
