Can we survive

DURING the second world war humanity started a frantic search for more and more technology,    technology which has now placed millions of people “worldwide” without work and in the next fifty years will become the most alarming issue facing those still alive and their children. Manufacturing in all its forms is being taken over by machines (robots) necessitating in only a skeleton staff, and with no wages to pay, or union dues, or holiday pay or penalty rates, or retirement fund to contribute into, resulting in even more massive profits for manufacturers said profits which should be taxed accordingly and added directly to help those who have been displaced by this ever, quicker growing technology.
