The global music icon will play a second show at Hobart Derwent Entertainment Centre on Thursday, September 28.
Concert promoter Michael Chugg said the turnout for tickets on Elton’s first show was fantastic.
“I’m trusting it will be just as strong for this second one. But it’s really Elton we have to thank for agreeing to go again,” Mr Chugg said.
Tickets for the Once In A Lifetime tour have had massive success across the nation, with more than 50,000 tickets sold across the Hobart, Mackay, Cairns and Wollongong shows.
The Derwent Entertainment Centre is being labelled as the most intimate venue, with fans getting an ‘up close and personal’ music experience.
“Pretty much every seat at the Derwent Entertainment Centre is a Platinum ticket by comparison to any of the other venues Elton is playing in September,” Mr Chugg said.
Tickets will go on sale at 9am AEDT on Monday, March 20.
