Man charged after shots fired at Mayfield
A 28-year-old Rocherlea man has been charged with aggravated assault and firearms offences after shots were allegedly fired at Mayfield on Monday night.

Police received reports of gun shots in the area about 8.30pm.
The man was arrested and charged by police and Northern CIB on Monday night.
He was charged with aggravated assault, breach of bail, possess a firearm when not the holder of a firearms licence, possess a loaded firearm in public and recklessly discharging a firearm.
The man was detained and will appear at the Launceston Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
