Longford Rotary Club, in conjunction with the Northern Midlands Business Association, has opened the nominations for the 2017 Are You Being Served? awards. Club vice-president Linus Grant said the “sought after” awards had been running for seven years.

“We take around entry forms around to all the businesses in Longford, Cressy, Perth. Customers then fill them out and nominate who they believe the prize for customer service is,” Mr Grant said. 

Under 20s, over 20s and an all-round business award are the categories. Winners receive a framed certificate. 

Mr Grant said there were hundreds of entrants every year.
