Tony Daley moved from Queensland to Launceston in January to take up the headmaster position at the Catholic school.
“It certainly is a beautiful place. The people, especially at the school, have been very genuine and very welcoming. And one thing I’d say is the food is brilliant - the going out, eating out, the food is very, very high quality. Being a bit of a foodie, I absolutely love it.
“I’ve had quite a bit of enjoyment over the last couple of weeks. I’ve been out to Lake Barrington and watched the rowing, been out to watch some cricket, and I’ve been in the classrooms seeing what happens.”
