TasTAFE Drysdale is hosting the Great Chefs Series dinners in April, bringing some of the greatest names in fine food to Tasmania.
The 2017 line-up includes international chefs who will be in Australia to coincide with the World’s Best 50 Restaurant Awards in Melbourne, including Alain Passard and Christian Puglisi, as well as Dominique Crenn.
Partnering with Goaty Hill Wines, Crenn will provide a full menu of delicacies, including Mussel Escabeche, Vadouvan Curried Coconut – cooked and Escabeche-marinated Blue Mussels, with a sauce of Vadouvan curried coconut milk brightened with galangal, lemongrass, and ginger.
Atelier Crenn Tasmania will be hosted at TasTAFE Drysdale, 93 Paterson Street, on April 8 from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.
