The search for a Tasmanian man missing in New South Wales continues more than two weeks after he was last seen.

Bernard Gore, 71, arranged to meet with a family member at a shopping centre at Bondi Junction on Friday January 6, but he did not show up. He has not been heard from since.
Local police say they hold serious concerns for Mr Gore’s welfare.
“We have investigated a number of sightings of Mr Gore but to no avail and would still appeal to people to contact police as soon as they think they have seen him,” Rose Bay Local Area Command Superintendent Brad Hodder said.
Mr Gore is described as being caucasian, about 180 centimetres tall with grey balding hair and may respond to the name ‘Butch’.
He was last seen wearing a grey turtle-neck skivvy underneath a black and red checkered flannelette shirt, grey trousers, white sneakers and a cream ‘panama’ hat.
“It is quite possible his appearance has become dishevelled and I would encourage people to see past that and ask if he needs help.
“Along with the other clothing we have described, we believe Mr Gore may also be wearing a pair of blue pyjama pants.”
