Both sides suffered defeat at the hands of their southern opponents in the final round of the tournament on Thursday.
The Northern Force went up against the Southern Storm-East and after setting a target of 121-runs, were caught with one wicket to spare.
The Storm secured a total of 9-122 to notch the win in 36.4 overs.
Will Bennett top scored with the bat for the Force with 27-runs while Samuel Freeman was the standout with the ball, taking four wickets.
The North-West Lightning were set a target of 143-runs to win on Thursday by the Southern Storm-West and were out for just 82-runs.
Daniel Gladwell (12) and Alec Mollison (10) were the only two to reach double figures with the bat while Luke Chamley took four wickets.
