A development application lodged to the City of Launceston earlier this month details the latest plans for the site at 241-247 Hobart Road, including provision for 38 parking spaces for cars, two for motorbikes and six for bicycles.
An office block spanning 126 square metres on the western side of the building will be demolished to make way for the development, while the existing two-way access to the site on Quarantine Road will be converted into a one-way entry.
Should the proposal go ahead, Zambrero would open daily between 10am and 11pm, with F45 to operate between 5am to 7pm.
Both chains already have sites in Launceston, while BWS has seven stores operating in the greater Launceston area.
