Timbre Kitchen at Velo Wines can offer this in abundance, decked out with vineyard views and close to the CBD,new owner and head chef Matt Adams is keen for the eatery to be fun and accessible for all.
“The concept was to have a vineyard restaurant that is fun and approachable and that is represented in our menu, it is focused around relaxed dining and sharing platters, with something for everyone to enjoy.” he said.
“Our aim is to become a place where people can come and enjoy time with friends after work or at the weekend over a cup of coffee or glass of wine, you don’t need to wait for a special occasion to visit.”

With over 17 years experience in the industry and having previously been head chef at Josef Chromy, Matt has embraced the challenges of running his own business.
“I’ll admit that it has been scary but also rewarding, we are local to the area so opening a business in our community has been great.”
Timbre Kitchen is open for lunch 7 days a week from 11am, with dinners served Friday and Saturday night promoted as; “tea time”, a weekly changing two course shared table menu for $40 per person.
Timbre Kitchen are currently taking bookings for weddings and functions for the 2017/18 season.
