The Mowbray paceman captured 3-51 off nine overs as the home team racked up 5-266 in Adelaide.
Seymour has taken seven wickets at 23.57 in his four matches at the tournament, including 3-43 on Thursday against ACT/NSW Country.
He also snared two outfield catches during the 92-run loss to South Australia.
Tasmania collapsed after Liam Devlin (52 off 76 balls) and Mac Wright (39 off 89) had pushed their side to 2-111 for the run chase.
But the visitors lost 8-63 to be bundled out for 174 in 45.1 overs.
Seymour’s NTCA clubmate, Jarrod Freeman, had little impact in his match for the Cricket Australia XI.
Freeman made nine not out from nine balls in his side’s 8-263 agaisnt Victoria.
The allrounder went wicketless, being hit for 42 off his six overs in a six-wicket loss.
