Launched on Friday, Festivale will host more than 75 exhibitors at Launceston City Park from February 10-12.
Festival chairman Lou Clark said the 30th anniversary of the event promised to be better than before.
“In addition to showcasing some of the best food, wine, beer and ciders produced in the state we have guest chef Simon Bryant, Adam Brand performing Friday night and a double billing Saturday night with The Badloves and Taxiride to take the Festivale experience to a whole new level,” Ms Clark said.
Simon Bryant, co-host of television show The Cook and the Chef will collaborate with Stillwater chef Craig Will to design a menu for the fifth annual Festivale Lunch on February 10.
Festivale will be held from 5.30pm until 10.45pm on February 10; 11am until 11pm on February 11; and 10am until 4pm on February 12.
