The event will be local musician Adam Paech’s first gig as he opens for Pete Denahy, a comedian and bluegrass musician.
It is the second time Denahy, of Victoria, has been involved in a fundraiser for the volunteer brigade.
Evandale Fire Brigade lead firefighter Danni Shaw said last time Denahy performed at Evandale everyone asked him to return and as a result there has been a “fair bit” of interest in the event.
The last event raised most of the funds required to buy a defibrillator for the station.
Denahy said volunteer emergency services were vital for the community.
“We all know in Australia how much they rely on the fire brigade, it’s always a good time to raise funds for them,” he said.
The event starts at 6.30pm. Tickets are available by calling 0427 556 915 and cost $25, with children under 12 free. Meals available for $10.
