EAST Coast emerged victorious in the Country Gold cricket challenge after a comprehensive victory over Tamar in the final.

Cricket Tasmania’s Northern manager Simon Aufder-Heide said the two-day tournament is an important part of the pathway for players in country areas, adding: “We look forward to seeing many of them again in our emerging Tigers and emerging Roar programs in the near future!”
