Earlier this month the Rosevale Hall Committee members experienced the luxury of working in a new $25,000 kitchen, funded by the Meander Valley Council and a Regional Development Stronger Communities Programme grant.
The old kitchen had been in situ since the hall was built 67 years ago and Kevin Cuthbertson, whose father Graeme (dec) built the hall, was there with wife Gwen to help organise the first event with the new, larger facilities.
“It’s lighter, brighter, and there’s so much more bench space and room to move around,” they agreed.
