Tilly was one of 18 students who co-produced the Momentum newspaper.
The paper featured content relevant to 14 to 25 year olds and was driven by the students’ ideas.
The content featured on the Youth Network website and the students were given the challenge of getting their story read online.
Tilly’s story investigated how students are struggling under the pressure to reach a high ATAR score at college.
ATAR scores dictate what university course students can study.
Tilly used social media and her own networks to push her story, attracted more than 1100 readers.
Reuben saw off strong competition to win the Momentum photography prize.
The annual competition attracted more than 100 entries, from landscapes to urban portraits.
