Students from Giant Steps Tasmania have helped produce art sold at the Tasmanian Craft Fair in Deloraine.

Giant Steps Tasmania principal Tim Chugg said their art fundraiser would go towards redesigning the school’s occupational therapy room and gym, which helps students living with autism.
“Our students have worked on creating some artworks that we’ve made into cards and tea towels to sell to the public.
“And our teachers and therapists collated a book of recipes and art activities for families to use,” he said.
“We’re trying to get the kids involved in the creation of the goods for the stall.”
He said the organisation helped almost 60 individual families across Tasmania.
