Home side Spreyton batted first and reached 7/109 from their 20 overs with Peter Fulton and Andrew Haywood equal-top-scoring with 20 runs.
Mick Hollingsworth with 2/21 was the pick of the Magpie bowlers. Sheldon Parker hit 20 runs and captain Trent Murray top scored with 26, but the lower order batsmen got their side over the line. Kurt Wheldon had an impressive 4/10 from his four overs.
The Don Steamers scored their first win with a 43-run win over Sassafras. Opening batsman, Brett Collins, hit 43 runs with six fours. Zac Webb only bowled two overs for the Red Dirters snaing 4/11 while Matty Wall’s four overs finished with 2/7.
Don's opening bowler, Corey Plumbridge, snared a double wicket maiden in the first over and only Sassafras’s Ben Hawkes and Clint Harrison scored double figures. Plumbridge finished with 4/7 and Mark Dodson-Heron finished with 3/17 from three overs.
Mersey Colts inflicted Turners Beach's first defeat winning by eight wickets. The Beach only amassed 6/98 with opening batsman Aaron Fennell scoring 39 runs. Veteran slow bowler John Carey, did the damage with 4/16.
Colts' opening batsman, Leigh Clark, hit an unbeaten half-century and combined with Jamie Aherne 17/98 to get his side the four points.
