A George Town woman has been named as the Breath of Fresh Air Young Innovator of the Year at an award ceremony on Thursday night.

Entrepreneur Jodie Snooks was recognised for her innovative pop-up stall And Co, which gives Tasmanian makers the chance to showcase their high-end products in shopping centres without the expensive outlay cost of renting a shop.
“It was quite a surprise, there were some incredible innovators there so we were quite stoked to not only be recognised but to win,” Ms Snooks said.
“It was incredible.”
In addition to her pop-up stall, Ms Snooks recently launched her website www.andcoonline.com.au/.
“It is a really good one-stop market place of Tasmanian products and we are adding stuff to it daily,” she said.
The website is a haven for interstate and international shoppers looking to buy Tasmanian-made products.
“I am just thrilled to have all the hard work pay off and receive the recognition,” the entrepreneur said.
“I am so privileged to sell and showcase these Tasmanian designers.”
And Co will be at the Prospect Vale Market Place on October 29 and 30 from 9am to 4pm and at Meadow Mews from November 14 to 20.
