Mr Jarman went missing on August 19, 2012.

Tasmania Police said human remains were located in the Warawee Reserve in bushland along Shale Road, Latrobe on Saturday afternoon.

Tests are being conducted to confirm they belong to Mr Jarman.

It is expected those results could come back as soon as Thursday.

There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the discovery.

Mr Jarman’s family was been notified of the discovery on Sunday.

Mr Jarman was last seen riding a bike at Latrobe.
