School fire deemed criminal

The former Lindisfarne North Primary School on Raminea Road was set alight about 10.30pm on Thursday night.
The blaze caused $70,000 damage and police have called for witnesses to come forward.
“The offenders set fire to a wheelie bin next to the weatherboard exterior of one of the buildings,” Sergeant Nicholas Smith said.
