No plea to fatal crash charges

Truck driver Phillip Allan Woodforde, 51, of Bridgenorth, has been charged with causing death by negligent driving and causing grievous bodily harm by negligent driving.
The charges relate to a fatal crash on January 21 on the Frankford Highway at Frankford.
Mr Woodforde has also been charged with driving while disqualified.
He is expected to enter a plea when he next appears in court on November 22.
