Manager Allan Gill said the bakery won the categories for the Champion Gourmet Loaf, Champion Loaf Of The Show and Most Successful Bread Exhibitor.
“We really like to use the bread show as a benchmark to see where we are at, in terms of our product and skill level, and I am very proud of the guys for what they have achieved,” he said.
“For the bakery itself it’s just really good for us to be able to prove to ourselves that we are right up there with our products for our customers.”
Mr Gill said his bakery entered the awards almost every year, and also performed well in 2015.
“It takes a lot of patience, you’ve got to be really good with other people … being up at three o’clock in the morning you really have to be patient with each other and communication is also important,” he said.
Other top bakers in the state’s North included The Cottage Bakery and Clint Wanless at Coles Mowbray.
