Tasmania’s Cradle Mountain was showcased nationally on Tuesday night when it featured in an episode of Australia’s Next Top Model.
The cast and crew from the show, including 13 contestants, filmed at Peppers Cradle Mountain Lodge over four days in May.
Elanor Investors Group Director of Sales and Public Relations David Lowe said it was as if Hollywood had come to Cradle Mountain.
“When the producers of Australia’s Next Top Model contacted us with the idea of shooting an episode at Peppers Cradle Mountain Lodge, we were absolutely thrilled with the idea,” he said.
“What could be a more fitting location for a stunning and epic photo shoot, than the majestic and spectacular setting at Peppers Cradle Mountain Lodge. The promotion of the Cradle Mountain region on this incredibly popular show, is a wonderful boost to local tourism.”
The 2016 series is hosted by model and former Miss Universe Australia Jennifer Hawkins.
Australia's Next Top Model airs Tuesdays at 7.30pm on FOX8.
