Eleven-year-olds Jake Elmer and Patrick Best have already enjoyed a taste of the tournament for primary school-age players and will be joined by 12-year-old George Calvert.
Hobart-trio Victoria Fish, Ben Fergusson and Brooke Miller are also back for another bite at the cherry in a 14-strong state team featuring 10 players from the capital and one from the North-West.
Launceston Regional Tennis Centre head coach James Bolzonello said: “This year will be one of our youngest state teams to participate at the championships with the top 100 players from all six states and two territories in competition for the prestigious trophy.”
The Bruce Cup has been contested since 1938, helping produce many champion Australians.
The championships are set for the natural grass-courts in Albury running from Saturday, October 22, for a week.
