The 77 member states of the International Coffee Organization and dozens of coffee associations will come together to celebrate the second annual International Coffee Day.
Inside Cafe’s Kate Taiaroa said it takes a lot of practice to make the perfect cup of coffee. “It comes down to having good quality coffee and milk comes into play as well, we always use a local good quality milk, and experience,” she said.
“It’s good to have several different mentors with experience in the industry so you can learn different skills from different baristas.”
