The North’s other big winner was Launceston City’s Andrew Compagne, who was awarded the Golden Boot for his 17 goals this season.
But Compagne’s finished well back in the George Dale Medal count behind Ulverstone’s Dallas Baldock, who polled 20 votes ahead of teammate Timothy Read.
Langley certainly had no such challengers, surging to a big win with a high 38 votes.
She would finish 11 votes ahead of Launceston’s City’s Caitlin Storay, the previous three-times medal winner. City teammate Bethany Bygrave finished equal fourth.
Luigi Gugliotti captured the coach of the year award after his City women’s side took out the championship.
City’s Mackenzie Hancox showed his playing stocks are on the rise.
The striker netted both the under-18 championship best player honour and also the year’s Golden Boot.
Rangers’ Jonathan Burk was equal second, two behind Hancox on 20 votes.
Burk’s teammate, Hem Karki, finished a further three back and Riverside Olympia’s Kane De Haan rounded the top five with 16 votes.
Riverside took a swag of championship 1 awards on a strong night.
William Neilson edged out teammate Liam Poulson by one vote to be named the best player, while Riverside’s Rhys Kinslow accepted the Golden Boot award in a dominant club display.
