A ridge will become established over Tasmania on Wednesday in the wake of a weak front that crossed the state Tuesday night. A deep, complex low pressure system will develop south of the Bight during Wednesday, approaching South Australia later in the day and moving over Victoria and Tasmania on Thursday. The low will persist over Tasmania throughout Friday, moving to the south and east of on Saturday with a ridge over the west of the state.
