The Riverside Cricket Club have appointed Paul Bunton as senior coaching co-ordinator and Mick Davey as high performance coach for the 2016-17 Cricket North season.

Club president Gary Saunders said Bunton will supervise and assist in the development of players and coaches at the club.
Davey, who has a level 3 coaching accreditation, will help in the specialist side of player development.
“Along with assistant coach Lyndon Stubbs and captain Alex Saunders, they will form a strong,experienced and exciting team this season,” Saunders said.
The Blues have also recruited an experienced English recruit in Jack Williams who will arrive mid-October.
Williams is a quality leg-spin bowler and middle order batsman from Cheshire county who plays in the same team as previous imports Lee Dixon and Oliver Law.
Riverside will field teams in all NTCA grades and juniors plus senior and under 17 female teams.
The Blues will hold their season launch on Saturday, October 15, at their clubrooms starting at 7pm.
