This year’s Branxholm Flower show plans to feature displays of spring bulbs, daffodils, and floral art. 

Branxholm Flower Show organiser Maria Branch said the spring show would bring like minded members of the community together.  

“We have two shows a year, the autumn one has more but this show we’ve got photography as well,” she said.

She said a presentation will be held at two o’clock, which will present a range of prizes for various awards, including a children’s competition. 

The Branxholm Flower show will be held on October 8 from 10.30am to 3.30pm at the Branxholm Hall, cost is $2 at the door.
