The 43-year-old Hobart father-of-two announced on Rowing Tasmania’s website that he has stopped coaching to pursue a role managing Cancer Council Tasmania’s Relay for Life program.
Edwards said: “After 20 years as an international athlete along with 14 years in coaching/administration, I have decided I have simply given everything I have and decided that it is time to move on.”
