Arrows held a seven-goal advantage 21-14 after a closely-contested opening quarter.
The Northern Hawks had a good defensive second quarter forcing Arrows into back play to delay their attack.
Ashlea Mawer and Zoe Claridge were shooting well with the half-time score 43-32 in Arrows favour.
The powerful Arrows line-up continued to control the game in the third quarter extending their lead to 66-46 at three quarter time and leaving the Hawks with a lot of work to do to bridge the gap in the final term.
The reigning premier continued on in the last quarter running out comfortable winners 90-57. The Hawks 19s drew with Arrows 45-45, with Daria Bannister player of the match.
